Where NotAfter's browser goes

NotAfter's built-in browser opens each certification provider's own submission portal (CompTIA®, ISC2®, EC-Council). This page lists the addresses the app can aim that browser at, grouped by provider. It's the same list the app shows in its About this browser sheet, put somewhere you can link to.

NotAfter hasn't been released yet. This table was generated from the build we're preparing, version 1.0.0 (5), as it stood on 2026-10-20. A script reads the list compiled into that build and writes it here; nobody types these addresses, so the worst this page can be is a build behind — never quietly different. Once the app is on the App Store, the About this browser sheet inside the app is the authoritative copy: it renders from the same list your copy of the app enforces.

NotAfter only ever sends its browser to the addresses listed here for the provider you're visiting. A link on a provider's page can still lead outside this list; the address strip at the top of the in-app browser always shows where you actually are.

Like any website, a provider's pages can load pieces from other companies while you're there — a chat widget, a CAPTCHA check, a payment form. That is the provider's page doing what it does in any browser, not NotAfter sending you anywhere: this list covers where NotAfter points its browser, not what a provider's page loads once you've arrived.

About certmetrics.com

CompTIA runs its CE portal on CertMetrics, which is why certmetrics.com addresses appear here. CertMetrics is a credential-management platform that hosts certification records for a number of programs. When CompTIA's site sends you to your certification account, this is where it sends you — the same portal you reach by logging in at comptia.org. You can confirm that without trusting us: CompTIA's help center describes submitting CEUs in your certification account, and the sign-in page at cp.certmetrics.com/comptia carries CompTIA's own name.

Changing the list

This list is compiled into the app itself. NotAfter does download updated form definitions between releases, the field-matching rules described in our privacy policy. But those updates cannot change this list: every downloaded rule is checked against it, and a rule pointing anywhere else is refused. Adding or changing an address requires a new version of the app through App Store review.

Independence

NotAfter is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or certified by CompTIA, ISC2, EC-Council, or any other certification body. All certification names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe which certifications NotAfter works with.

NotAfter is not affiliated with CertMetrics or its operator either; the name appears here only to explain where CompTIA's certification portal lives.
